If for any reason your piece breaks, we are happy to offer a repair service.
Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase, after that a service fee will be added and is subjected to change on a case by case basis.
However, if we find that the piece is significantly damaged, man-made damaged, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), improper use or storage of the product, unauthorised modifications, missing stones, or beyond repair, an exchange/replacement or additional fee may be required.
